   • Family - $15.00 (members live at same address)
   • Student - $6.00
     
2. Lifetime Membership:
   • Individual - $135
   • Family - $235

2. Print and mail this Membership Application
3. Pick up a Membership Application at the Feet First running store in the Wilde Lake Village Center, or at Road Runners Sports in Gateway Overlook.
