Coach's Corner Mission Statement

  • To provide accessible workouts for a range of runners, who differ in age, ability, competitive desire, racing goals, racing distances, and mileage levels.
  • To provide running tips and general explanations of workouts in order to ask the question, “Why do runners do this workout?”
  • To provide scientific and traditional training methods to those who have not had exposure to them.
  • To answer simple running related questions and provide a forum for running discussion.
