Next Step Hibernation to 5K - 2012

Hibernation to 5k has a start date of February 7, 2012 and will meet Tuesday mornings at 6:15 for 6 weeks with a graduation 5k race at Northfield Elementary on Sunday, March 18, 2012. This is a no frills, get to work right away program to encourage a quick start to 2012.

We will meet once a week at the Wilde Lake High School track on Tuesday mornings. There will be experience coaches with about 5 runners per coach to help with training. Runners will be in groups of similar abilities with a coach to help with the workouts. Running logs submitted weekly.
