Next Step Half/Marathon

This program is for 2 groups of runners. The first group would be made of runners who have been running 7 to 10 miles on a run and would like to attempt their first Half or Full Marathon in the fall. The second group is for experienced runners who want to improve their Half/Full Marathon times by training in a group and with experienced running coaches.

The program typically runs from July through October.
