Tom Williams ran high school Cross Country and Track for Brecksville Broadview Hts. (Ohio) from 1989 - 1993 where he helped lead the team to a regional cross country championship in 1991 and a 6th place finish in the state race in 1991. He was Captain of the cross country and track teams in 1992 and 1993. Tom ran collegiate cross country and track at Bowling Green State University (Ohio). He helped lead the cross country team to a Mid American Conference cross country championship in 1995. While at Bowling Green, he was captain of the cross country team in 1997, and was the cross country MVP in 1997. Tom's post-collegiate running includes competing for the PUMA Midwest racing team and most recently the Feet First/Striders racing team.
