Janeth Scott participated in the Howard County Striders FIT program in 1998 to prepare for her very first 5k, loose weight, and maintain some level fitness. Years later, she has participated in numerous 5ks, 8ks, 10ks, 10milers, half marathons and marathons, consistently placing in her age group. Janeth's short term goals are to continue to improve her race times at all distances. In the long term, she would like to continue to run as long as possible.
