Heavy traffic delayed the start, and several runners, at the fifth race in the Howard County Striders' Summer Series at Burleigh Manor Middle School. Ted Poulos and Sari Chapman won the 2 mile race. Karsten Brown and Tasha Hogan won the 5 mile race.
