Marquel Bowler won the women's 2 mile race with 2nd place Sarah Lebro just 10 seconds behind. Denise Thiebaut and Pat Keating were uncontested in the other 2 races. Ronnie Wong says he was using the 2 mile run as a cool down from a marathon race earlier in the day. Intermittent rain and cool weather were offset somewhat by a canopy brought by Brad Speierman and homemade breads from Ellie Bateman.
