The Lang women schooled them all with mother and daughter wins, as Tiffany Lang & mom, Vicki, won their respective races. Eric Furst won the 2M for the men by a large margin. Sam Kraus sets a personal record for his 1st 2M race ever. New weekly runner, Shirley Sameshima, ran a strong 5 miler with her quite respectable 50:00 finish. Eric Makovsky was overall winner in the 5 miler. Nearly half the 5 milers ran better than a 7:00 pace.
