Many showed up in cold and windy conditions, some running shirtless, to participate in the weekly race at Jeffers Hill. Ten year old, Michael Wegner, ran his 1st 10K race. His 49:52 time was the envy of the more experienced runners. Katie Breitenbach ran a great race with her 1:02:11 in the 15K, competing very strong with the top male runners. Stuart Pineo, Sheldon Degenhardt and Mark Breitenbach were the overall winners. Amy Kaye and Tiffany Lang won the 2M and 10K races respectively. Charlie Riesz had every right to be pleased with his strong 1:25 finish in the 15K and commented about how fast the other runners were in that race.
