Lindsay has been involved in sports her whole life. She was a three sport athlete in high school and excelled in volleyball. Lindsay started running when she was 18 and ran races for fun. In her mid 20s, she started racing shorter distances. She started to scale back her training when she had her first son five years ago. Half marathons were always her favorite distance, but she is now beginning to enjoy shorter distances (5k, 10k) and wants to get faster at these distances.
